1.How long has Edward Fox Photography been in business?
Edward Fox has been photographing brides in Chicago since 1902. We are a financially stable company and bring over 100 years of experience and innovation to capture the special memories on your most important day.

2. Do I have to pay my entire wedding package before the wedding date?
Edward Fox does not require full payment. We have a very easy and accommodating payment plan requiring that you pay only 50% of the package before your wedding day. After the wedding you make a payment to release your on-line viewing, a small payment when you place your order and a final payment when you pick up your final album. It doesn’t get any easier than that!

3. Do you photograph digitally?
Yes. Our photographers are equipped with state of the art digital SLR cameras. Our photographers also photograph all images in RAW format.This allows more latitude to capture the full range of exposure and color to ensure the optimum in quality.

4. Will you take our Engagement Portrait?
Yes! When you reserve your date with Edward Fox Photography, you are entitled to a complimentary sitting.

5. How experienced will my photographer be?
The average experience level of our photography staff is 7 years. All of our photographers go through an extensive training period and are individually reviewed and certified by our Director of Photography, Andre Lacour, who has his Master of Photography Certification from the Professional Photography Association of America. We also conduct review sessions with each photographer to ensure that their skill level and equipment are current. We also conduct yearly seminars with all our photographers to introduce the latest styles and techniques of photography to our staff.

6. Can I choose my photographer?
Of course you can. If you have been to a friend or relative’s wedding and have seen one of our photographers in action, or know of a specific photographer you would like to request for your wedding, call and make and appointment and one of our wedding consultants can check his or her availability. If you don’t have a particular photographer in mind, one of our wedding consultants will be happy to meet with you and discuss all the options.

7. WIll my photographer contact me before the wedding?
Your photographer will contact you 72 hours prior to your wedding for a phone consultation to discuss specific details and requests. Within 48 hours of your wedding you will have talked to your personal photographer.

8. What if my photographer gets sick the day of my wedding?
Edward Fox always schedules a back-up photographer. Also, all of our photographers carry a back-up camera on every job. We feel you can never be too safe on such an important day. This is a tremendous advantage when reserving your date with an established studio such as Edward Fox. Independents and small studios may not be able to provide you this type of service.

9. Are we able to view images from our wedding
on-line?
Absolutely! All images from your wedding are posted on-line for viewing by you, your friends and family. You can conveniently order additional prints and choose from additional product offerings such as thank-you notes andholiday cards. You will also be able to take advantage of our on line album design feature. When your on-line viewing is available, we will provide you with a password to get into our “Client Access” area that has all the infomation you need to place your order. You select the images for your album; we do the album design, and submit a slideshow or PDF file for your review and approval. Fast, easy, convenient!

10. Will we receive copyright release of all our images from Edward Fox?
Yes! All our wedding service packages include a copy, with release, of all the images from your wedding. The DVD from your wedding is deliverable upon pick-up of your final wedding album.
