Q:Is there additional money due on the wedding day?
A:There is no money due on the wedding day. The next payment after the wedding will be required upon website posting.

Q:Will my photographer contact me before the wedding?
A:Your photographer will contact you 72 hours prior to your wedding for a phone consultation to discuss specific details and requests. Within 48 hours of your wedding you will have talked to your personal photographer, if not, please call our studio immediately.

Q:If there is overtime at the wedding, do we pay that day?
A:If overtime is necessary, your photographer will request that you sign an overtime authorization form. Please do not pay for overtime on the wedding day. These charges will be added to your account.

After my wedding
Q:When will our images be available online?
A:4-6 weeks after your wedding, you will be notified when your website is available. At that time we require another deposit toward your order. Your website will then be released and you will be able to view your photos and release them to your guests. Please click here for detailed information about your online viewing.

Q:When will my presentation DVD be ready?
A:Your DVD will be sent to you about the same time when your website is released to you. It is not a printable DVD. It will provide you with enlarged images that will assist you in making the best selections for your album.

Q:If my package comes with proofs, when will they be ready for pick up?
A:Based upon the season, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks. An additional deposit will be required upon website posting.

Q:How do I place my order?
A:Once your online viewing is available you are then ready to design your album. When you access your website, you will be creating a folder for your wedding album. Your album package includes a specific number of pages and images. In your wedding album folder, choose your favorite pictures that you want in your album. When we are notified that your selections are done we will begin the album design process.

Q:When will my album be ready?
A:Once you approve your design and place your order it will take approximately 14-16 weeks for the album to be ready.
